The back is a zone in which also fat is deposited, mainly in the waist to escapular (underneath the sujetador) and flanks. It is associated frequently to the liposuction of abdomen.

The fat is more fibrous here. Ultrasonic liposuction or the vibratory one to high frequency is very useful in this area.
